ABOUT KINO ARTS
KINO ARTS is a boutique studio founded by filmmakers Keith Sicat and Sari Dalena specializing in feature films and long-format documentaries. Their works include the award-winners Rigodon, Ka Oryang, The Guerrilla is a Poet, Woman of the Ruins, and the science fiction film Alimuom. They also produce content, VFX, and animation.

Sicat is an award-winning independent filmmaker whose films have screened internationally, including venues such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York City and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, DC. Notable works include award-winners Rigodon, Woman of the Ruins, and Alimuom. Also working in animation, he was the script consult for the first 3D CG animated feature in the Philippines RPG: Metanoia and helped develop the first Japanese-Filipino anime co-production Barangay 143 with TV Asahi. He is also the Program Director of iNDIEGENIUS, the first Philippine film project lab funded by NETFLIX.

Sari Dalena is an independent filmmaker from the Philippines and holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Film Production from New York University. She has been the recipient of the Fulbright-Hayes scholarship, New York Asian Cultural Council Fellowship, NYU Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Fellowship, and the 13 Artists Award at the Cultural Center of the Philippines.
Her films have screened at various local and international film festivals. Her most notable films include Memories of a Forgotten War, Rigodon, The Guerrilla is a Poet, Ka Oryang and Dahling Nick.
She is a Professor and former Director at the University of the Philippines Film Institute.
